We have established a standard workplace concept, which will contribute to supplying the Norwegian Public Roads Administration with efficient and attractive office premises that support the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's work processes.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is now entering a period of county mergers and regional reform, which will affect our employees. Based on this, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs assistance within workplace development, workplace solutions and associated services. We would like to enter into a framework agreement for the entire department with one tenderer to cover the abovementioned need.

The tenderer will assist the Contracting Authority with workplace development and workplace solutions and associated services. Assistance will be required for the development of documentation, e.g., the further development of the current office guidelines (see the annex), standardisation of workplace development and workplace solutions, conceptualisation, etc.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The Contracting Authority has a further option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, thus the total possible contract length is 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Tenderers shall confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer's National Insurance contributions and value-added tax payments in order.
Tenderers shall confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Tax and VAT certificate.
The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Foreign companies shall present certificates that substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
The Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. In order to be qualified tenderers must be assessed as credit worthy from a point score. In case of any doubts or need, the last 3 years accounts will be assessed in addition.

Tenderers shall have experience from similar contracts.

Tenderers must enclose a list of the most important relevant assignments and services performed in the past 3 years, including information on value and extent, dates, a brief description of the assignment, as well as the name of the public or private recipients.

A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.
In addition to the documentation that the tenderer has submitted, the Contracting Authority may emphasise its own documented experience with the tenderer.
Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
Tenderers must account for how sufficient implementation ability will be ensured for this assignment, including the capacity to manage several simultaneous assignments in different regions.
