Sunnhordland inter-municipal procurement forum implements the tender competition on behalf of the municipalities of Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes. The Contracting Authority plans to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of temporary staff services to the health and welfare sector. Mental health nurses can be relevant for some of the participating municipalities and tenderers must be able to provide these on the same terms. The Contracting Authority therefore wants an option on the delivery of welfare nurses. The objective of the procurement is to contribute to the municipalities always, also in school holidays, having access to the necessary staff to ensure responsible and legal operation of its units within nursing and care.
