The objective of this notice is to fill the role of SAP DFPS Deployed ABAP Consultant in CIKT in connection with the roll-out of autonomous SAP systems. The consultant must provide SAP DFPS assistance to CIKT, including but not limited to:

— Complete roll-out of project P2814 of the Norwegian Armed Forces’ system for autonomous support of vessels, as well as transfer of these to operation,

— Implement analysis and transfer of foundation data and troubleshooting and corrective programming within logistics processes and replication processes which shall work on the individual deployed server, and to set up communication for transferring of transaction and configuration data,

— Correct programming errors and provide user support within autonomous logistics and replication processes on the SAP deployed server system,

— Support through the establishment of processes for change, transition, test and management in order to support an autonomous (deployed) system landscape

— Utilise the case processing tool Remedy to log all errors and changes, as well as document work flow of the procedure,

— Collaborate with other SAP consultants primarily within SAP DFPS. BASIS, MM, PM, iMRO and Abap,

— Document changes that are made in the system via SAP Solution Manager.

The role shall consist of one consultant. Detailed description of the procurement (including competence requirements) can be found in Part 2 Appendix B Annex 1.

The contract is estimated to be 1 600 hours in the period from and including 1.1.2019 to and including 31.12.2019.

The contracting authority shall have the unilateral right to extend the contract for up to three years equivalent to an additional 6,000 hours (option). The option can be triggered completely or partially. The maximum duration can therefore be to and including 31.12.2022.
