The procurement shall lead to a contract for the procurement or hire of equipment for patient signalling systems in nursing homes and sheltered accommodation in Alstahaug municipality. The municipality currently has 46 flats and 58 institutions divided between 4 locations that require digital signalling systems with safety-inducing technology from a joint platform. The procurement shall, in the first stage, include a platform that can be extended for use at all 4 locations and full implementation of the system with technology at Alstahaug nursing home and sheltered accommodation flats. It must also be possible to use the platform for connecting safety technology in residences with 24 hour services.

Requirement 2:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation:
Tenderers must be credit worthy, have their finances in order and have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. A credit rating from Experian Norge will be acquired as documentation. If sufficient information is not registered at Experian Norge, the tenderer must himself document that the requirements are fulfilled.

A very good ability to deliver is required, including experience.
Documentation:
A description of the tenderer's personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. State relevant areas of competence and capacity. Description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's content, scope, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address).
