Lørenskog kommune

The procurement shall lead to a contract for the procurement, leasing (operational leasing) or hire of equipment for alarm call systems in nursing homes, currently 3 locations in Lørenskog Municipality. The contract shall also include safety creating services for persons living at home in the municipality. Persons living at home means all those who do not live in an institution. There can be changes to the composition of residences in the contract period, this contract shall allow for such changes, so that all patient groups with a need are covered.

Varighet: 72 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Rælingen, Skedsmo, Sørum and Fet municipalities are included in the contract as an option. See Annex 4 for further information.
Regarding the contract length, so the following applies in addition to what is stated in Point II.2.7:
The contract period is 3 years. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 + 1 year. The total contract period can be 6 years if all the options are taken up. Further information is in the tender documentation.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Foreign tenderers are required to submit a tax certificate and a company registration certificate or similar. See the qualification and competition documentation for further more information.

Good solidity is required, which will ensure that the company has the financial capacity to deliver throughout the contract period. See the qualification and competition documentation for further more information.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Very good implementation ability and capacity. Good experience from similar assignments. A good and well functioning quality assurance system. See the qualification and competition documentation for further more information.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contract will include a requirement on wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the regulations on wage and work terms from 8.2.2008 nº 112.
For services where there is a need for apprentices, the contract will include a requirement that the tenderer is affiliated to an apprenticeship scheme and that apprentices shall participate in the execution of the contract work in service contracts and contracts for construction and site work. The requirement applies to contracts worth more than NOK 1 100 000/1 750 000 that last for more than 3 months.

If there are more than 3-5 tenderers who fulfil the minimum qualification requirements, the Contracting Authority will rank the tenderers according to their responses to qualification requirements 4 and 5.
