Helse Møre og Romsdal RHF has engaged Sykehusbygg HF to take care of the project management for the SNR project. This places major demands on the organisation and staff in Sykehusbygg's own organisation. Sykehusbygg does not currently have resources with sufficient spare capacity to take care of the immediate need for resources for the project. At the same time, Sykehusbygg would like to have a supplier who can assist with expertise within project management if needed.
We are therefore now looking to establish framework agreements for the following functions: - Position package with the following positions:
— Project Director SNR
— Development Manager, Emergency Hospital Hjelset
A competence pool that can assist the project with resources within project management, project control and general strategic and operative advice in all of the project´s phases.

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend for 1+1 year.

The contracting authority, Sykehusbygg HF, will also be able to use this framework agreement for assistance in other projects where the company has project management/provides assistance.

The call-off mechanism will either be that the call-off is addressed to the company that is the highest ranked as no. 1, or there will be a mini-competition between the framework agreement parties. The positions in the position package described in '“annex 4 - Position Descriptions” are to be seen as the framework agreement's first call-off, and this call-off for both positions will automatically go directly (i.e. without a mini-competition) to the highest ranked framework agreement party.
