Procurement of parallel framework agreements for plumbing services — sanitation and heating installations

Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Undervisningsbygg shall enter into 4 to 6 parallel framework agreements for plumbing services. The framework agreements are for plumbing work for acute improvements, planned maintenance work, annual inspections of heating installations as well as glycol, HX and ice water circuits, seeing to the fluid quality and minor renovation projects that Undervisningsbygg carries out whilst a school is open. The framework agreement also includes a 24 hour duty scheme for acute assignments.
The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend for 1 year + 1 year. The total framework agreement period is thus 4 years.
The scope and progress are further described in Annex 3 — “orientation of the framework agreement”.

As a starting point, the framework agreement does not include plumbing work for projects where plumbing work is carried out as part of a large partial renovation or total renovation project.
The plan is to sign contracts with 4 to 6 tenderers. The Contracting Authority will decide about this after the tender deadline has expired.
