The intention of the heat measurements is to register temperature variations in the surface immediately after it is laid. The heat measurements shall be made with infrared thermographic measuring equipment.

Options in the tender are described in the requirement specifications and in annex 3 – D1.3 and D1.4 IR scanning.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Qualification Requirement 1: The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).

Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. The selected tenderer must present a tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the expiry of the tender deadline. Foreign companies shall present certificates that substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.

Qualification requirement 2: Tenderers shall be legally established companies.

Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have the economic capacity to implement the procurement.

Documentation requirement: Annual Financial Statement from 2016, including the board’s annual report, profit and loss and balance sheets. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit rating (Experian) for the tenderer.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement 1: Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent contracts.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important, relevant assignments and services carried out during the last 3 years, including information about the dates, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.

A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.

Qualification requirement 2: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers must give an account of how they will ensure sufficient capacity for this assignment personnel available). Tenderers shall account for how they will ensure sufficient implementation ability for this assignment (tools, materials and technical equipment that he has at his disposal to implement the contract).
