The objective of the announcement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the delivery of redundant internet connections for the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has a need for 2 lines, one to each computer centre in Bergen and Leikanger.
It may also be necessary to purchase licenses for DOS protection.

Reason for the cancellation: On 23 October, an amended Requirement Specification for SLA on individual communication. SLA for the combined solution and individual communication is part of the central point in the request and the evaluations. We reduced the previous requirements for 99,9 % and 99,8 % for individual communication, to allow tenderers to define this themselves. 31.10.2018 we added the possibility to deliver different systems for placement of routes/CPE and timetable. We now see that these changes together, are such a large change that they can significantly change the design and price of the offered solution. Because of this, it is not possible for suppliers to have longer time to prepare full-bodied offerings. Normally we would have postponed the deadline.
