Kort beskrivelse:
The Contracting Authority invite tenderers to a competition in connection with entering into a Framework Agreement for the purchase of electrical power.
The Agreement shall include all facilities owned by the municipalities.
Tenderers shall deliver electrical power in accordance with the following following specification based on annual consumption in 2017:
Volume: Lindås kommune approx. 19,6 GWh.
Number of facilities: 51 hourly metered facilities and 137 profile facilities.
Grid owner: BKK Nett.
Volume: Masfjorden kommune approx. 4,2 GWh.
Number of facilities: 13 hourly metered facilities and 39 profile facilities.
Volume: Osterøy kommune approx. 7,1 GWh.
Number of facilities: 31 hourly metered facilities and 88 profile facilities.
Volume: Samnanger kommune approx. 3,1 GWh.
Number of facilities: 10 hourly metered facilities and 29 profile facilities.
Volume: Meland kommune approx. 7,3 GWh.
Number of facilities: 20 hourly metered facilities and 72 profile facilities.
Volume: Radøy kommune approx. 5,4 GWh.
Number of facilities: 12 hourly metered facilities and 30 profile facilities.
Volume: Total for all municipalities approx. 46,7 GWh.
Number of facilities: 137 hourly metered facilities and 395 profile facilities.
Price will be collected in accordance with the attached price form.
Statutory share of electrical certificates shall be purchased by the tenderer and shall be included in the mark-up.
The tenderer is required to offer a network portal with an overview of meters divided by customer number with associated invoice and meter data as a minimum.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
Option for a further 1 year + 1 year + 1 year. Triggering the option shall occur automatically unless the Contracting Authority announces that the option shall not be triggered, respectively before 1.11.2019 for the year 2020, and before 1.11.2020 for the year 2021 and before 1.11.2021 for the year 2022.
