Procurement of digital supervision nursing homes

Færder kommune

Færder municipality shall procure and implement digital supervision in Bjønnesåsen residential and activity center. This involves a total of 24 resident rooms with the accompanying communal areas/communal rooms. The contracting authority shall have an option for equivalent installations in the remaining patient rooms at Bjønnesåsen (88 rooms). The contracting authority shall extend the existing patient signalling installation with future orientated signalling technology for residents in the institution.
The digital supervision shall be installed in the existing buildings and the price offer must include the necessary assembly and implementation. The contracting authority will be free to procurement equipment from the suppliers in the market. There must be open protocols so that equipment that the contracting authority has or procures in the future can be integrated into the system. The system must be able to be integrated with the contracting authority´s electronic patient journal (EPJ). Færder currently uses Gerica delivered by Tieto. The deadline for the complete delivery (including assembly and training) is 1.9.2018.

The aim is to promote life quality and safety for residents, as well as give an efficient working day for employees in the municipality. The digital supervision shall be installed in the existing buildings and the price offer must include the necessary assembly and implementation. The type of alarm must be able to be adapted to each resident´s needs for alarms in accordance with the level of function and need for safety.

Tenderers must be a legally registered company. Documentation, such as a company registration certificate, must be presented.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to comply with the contractual regulations. Tenderers must not be subject to debt negotiations. The last approved annual accounts with the auditor´s report must be presented.
