Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. In order to be qualified tenderers must be assessed as credit worthy from a point score. In case of any doubts or need, the last three years accounts will be assessed in addition.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments in public administration related to work with coordination across multiple sectors.
2) Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) The tenderers shall deliver the following documentation:
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the last 3 years, including a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.
Tenderers should account for a minimum of 3 (maximum of 5) reference assignments.
In addition to the documentation that the tenderer has submitted, the contracting authority may emphasise its own documented experience with the tenderer.
2) Tenderers shall give an account of how sufficient capacity will be ensured for this assignment. Among other things, a staffing plan should be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of employees, hired persons, etc.
