The Contracting Authority wants to procure an operator solution that supports, simplifies and makes processes more efficient based on a standard system and best practice for collection, invoicing, sales ledger, accounting, processing of payments, customer service and reporting. The operator solution is considered to be a variation of an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning system).
