Brønnøy Havn KF

Brønnøy Havn KF would like to have an engineering design group consisting of an architect, consultant with harbour expertise landscape architect and all consultancy professions associated with building and construction.
Due to the limited ground area for a new harbour building, it is particularly important that the engineering design group has expertise in harbours. Tenders are to be submitted as a group contract, and Brønnøy Havn KF will sign a contract with one of the companies in the group. The tender must clearly state which company is responsible for the tender and who will be the contract party with Brønnøy Havn KF. The engineering design group will carry out the draft project, preliminary project and detailed project, with engineering design follow-up for the entire execution phase for the contract work. The engineering design group will be contracted as soon as possible after the tenders have been submitted. The anticipated start for the assignment is approx. February 2019.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company Registration Certificate.
Tenderers must be registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. A valid company registration certificate must be presented. The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.
HSE declaration.
Tenderers must, at the latest by the tender deadline, present a self-declaration stating that statutory requirements within health, safety and the environment (HSE) are met. A missing HSE declaration will result in rejection of the tender.
This applies for all underlying contract relationships. A breach of the tenderer´s obligation to demand a HSE declaration from his subcontractors will give the contracting authority the right to demand that the tenderer replaces the company/companies in question with sub-contractors who can present a HSE declaration.

Tenderers must present a valid tax certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The same applies for all underlying contractual relationships. An insurance certificate for valid insurance must be presented to the builder for inspection. Such an inspection does not waiver the tenderer´s risk that the insurance does not have adequate cover. The insurance must cover the tenderer's responsibility in accordance with the assignment, as regulated by NS 8402 and this tender documentation.
