Tenderers must not have significant unsettled tax and duty obligations.
Company registration certificate: Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.
Quality system: Tenderers must have a satisfactory system for quality assurance and internal control.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial standing to fulfil the contract.

Decision Score calculates the probability of irrecoverable losses such as: commencement of bankruptcy proceedings, forced liquidation, insolvency and any complusory composition in a company 12 months into the future.
Tenderers that do not satisfy the minimum requirement can be rejected from the competition.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from similar deliveries.

Information on the most relevant assignments that the tenderer has or has had in the last 3 years, including the deliveries' value, date, recipients and contact persons. Description of the company's technical resources and the quality methods used.
