Oslo kommune v/Barne og familieetaten

Procurement of places in the Family Centre, in accordance with the Child Protection Services Act §§ 4-4, second paragraph and third paragraph. The procurement is aimed at non-profit suppliers, and is complementary to Oslo municipality's own institutional offering in this category.
The competition is reserved for non-profit organizations in accordance with the legal latitude described in the Innst. 358 L (2015-2016), Section 2.2.5, and guidelines from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries 21 December 2017. Oslo kommune’s procurement strategy and Oslo City Council's decision in case 304/16 states that the municipality’s organisations shall work to ensure that no-profit organisations shall remain important suppliers of welfare services to the municipality and to strengthen the position of non-profit suppliers over time. The competition follows the procedure rules in the procurement regulation chapter 30.
