Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
A contract is wanted from the start of 2019 and for up to eight years. The intention is that notice cannot be given on the contract during the first 3 years, but that the contract will include a notice option for both parties for the remaining years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
A tax certificate is required, not older than 6 months, as well as a company registration certificate. For further information see the qualification documentation, points 1.3.2.1 and 1.3.2.2.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment and must see to their obligations within the estimated frameworks for the contract.
In order to document this, tenderers must enclose:
— The company´s annual accounts for the last three years, including the board´s annual report and the auditor´s statement,
and
— a credit rating, which must not be worse that a rating equivalent to a 'good credit rating' and not older than one year calculated from the deadline for submitting tenders. It must be based on known accounting figures and it must be carried out by a credit rating company that has a licence to operate.

The contracting authority reserves the right to request and obtain the accounting figures for the last three years if it is deemed necessary.

The contract will include a requirement on wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the regulations on wage and work terms from 8.2.2008 no. 112.

If more than 10 tenderers register who fulfil the minimum qualification requirements,
A selection will be made based on the documentation of the tenderers´
Technical and professional qualifications, which must be documented in point 1.3.2.4. The following selection criteria will be used:
— The reference project´s relevance in light of Lørenskog municipality´s needs description,
— The assignment´s extent and complexity,
— The assignment´s challenges, risk (financial and as regards goal achievement),
— The tenderer´s role and responsibility in the reference assignment,
— The reference assignment´s results, both documented and future.
Most emphasis will be put on points 1 and 5, some emphasis will be put on points 2 and 4 and less emphasis will be put on point 3.
