The Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings is a municipal enterprise owned by Oslo municipality to develop, build, operate, and maintain purpose-built buildings. As of January 2017 the total building area is approximately 840 000 m distributed over more than 600 properties and 1100 buildings. The buildings mainly consist of nursing homes, residential — and rehabilitation centres, nursery schools, fire stations, as well as cultural centres. Our tenants are districts and municipal agencies.
The Contracting Authority has a continuous need for joinery and flashing and guttering services. The need this Framework Agreement is intended to cover is minor maintenance and repair work, and covers both the planned work and the emergency repairs. The Framework Agreement also includes clearing snow and ice on roofs.
