The assignment consists of dismantling and removal of the existing variable signs at Otta Traffic Station (a total of six units), preparation for the set up of new signs, delivery and installation of a total of 6 variable LED signs and commissioning of the signs. The signs shall be placed along the E6 at Otta Traffic Station, 3 in each direction.

The assignment can be expanded (option) to also include Kalplassen Inspection Station (eight signs) and Varpet Inspection Station (3 signs).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has the option to expand this contract to also include Kalplassen Inspection Station in Nord-Aurdal and / or Varpet Inspection Station at Hadeland. If the option is triggered, the assignment shall be carried out by 16.8.2019 for Kalplassen Inspection and 16.9.2019 for Varpet Inspection Station.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1) Tenderers shall have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and VAT.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority:
Tenderers shall deliver a tax and VAT certificate. Foreign tenderers shall present certificates that document that the tenderer has met their obligations regarding the payment of taxes and duties.
2) Tenderers shall have the economic capacity to implement the procurement.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. In order to be qualified tenderers must be assessed as credit worthy from a point score. In case of any doubts or need, the last 3 years accounts will be assessed in addition.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers shall have competence and experience within the relevant disciplines and shall have carried out assignments of the same nature and degree of difficulty and be registered as an authorised electrical installer.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant assignments and services performed during the last 5 years, including information about the value, dates, a brief description of the assignment, as well as the name of the public or private recipients. A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.
