The contracting authority can add other cooling systems, heating pumps etc which are not part of the agreement at the starting date. These systems may also be located at other places in Hordaland than those listed in the tender documents.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documentation: Norwegian tenderers must present a Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers can present confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have the sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.

Documentation: The tenderers auditor approved financial statements for the last 3 years including notes and the auditor's report.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: The tenderers shall have experience from similar assignments.

Documentation: The tenderers shall deliver a list of the five most relevant assignments from the last three years. The description shall contain:

Short description of the assignment.

The time when the assignment has been performed.

The size of the assignment in amounts.

Name and phone number to contact person.
