Referred to as the contracting authority) invite engineering design groups to a prequalification for participation in a design contest. ØFK plans to construct a new Frederik II Sixth Form College and a sports hall.
FK plans to construct a new ice hockey area with two rinks, Arena Fredrikstad. This rink shall replace the current Stjernehallen indoor ice hockey arena. The new Arena Fredrikstad shall function as the town's new community centre.
