The challenge.
This project would like to examine how all financial information can be made available, in one place and secure, as well as what options this gives for a more uniform debt advice service, such as, amongst other things, connecting different help measures up to a new digital system. The aim is to give users simpler access to their financial information, help to get a quick overview of their debt and the option to share the information with advisors in different public and private actors.
Roles and responsibility.
NAV is the Contracting Authority and is responsible for the project. Difi is making the procurement on behalf of NAV Skedsmo, as part of StimuLab. Difi is, however, not the Contracting Authority nor a contract party.

Kort beskrivelse:
Objective of the procurement.
We would like to use this procurement to get the correct competence for a good diagnosis phase, in order to ensure that the system that is developed is based on real needs and that it is possible to implement it. As the project is part of StimuLab, there must be an open and experimental approach, so it is, therefore, not known in advance what the actual delivery in each project will be. The projects must, however, result in an anchored and obliged system that is either implemented or will be implemented, or a platform for further development. This will depend on the project´s complexity and size and will be clarified further in the dialogue phase.

Budget: 2 000 000 NOK + an option for up to 2 000 000 NOK.
Contract length: The project is ready to start as soon as the procurement has been made. 1 year contract, with an option for an extension for up to a further 1+1 year.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 4 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 12 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract can be extended for up to 1 year + 1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
NAV reserves the right to take up one or several options for up to 2 000 000 NOK in all the project phases over the course of 3 years.
