The objective and scope of the contract:
The competition is for a contract for the delivery of precipitant chemicals for a sewage treatment facility.
The contract value is estimated to be: 15 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and, thus, not binding. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information.
Zones
Tender offers may be submitted for one or more zones. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within the individual zones:
— Zone 1: Drammen municipality,
— Zone 2: Lier municipality,
— Zone 3: Øvre Eiker municipality,
— Zone 4: Nedre Eiker municipality,
— Zone 5: Svelvik municipality,
— Zone 6: Hurum municipality,
— Zone 7: Røyken municipality.
The Contracting Authority will enter into contracts with 1 — one tenderer for each zone. The Contracting Authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and assume all or parts of a tender offer.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 2 extensions, each for 12 months.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(ESPD: Part II A.e) Certificates for Tax and VAT.
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-3) Other economic and financial requirements: Economic and financial position.
Requirements regarding the tenderer´s economic and financial position: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer´s technical/professional qualifications.
Good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of a corresponding nature, complexity and a public Contracting Authority.
Tenderers must have a satisfactory quality assurance system.
Tenderers must have satisfactory procedures in place to carry out the assignment in an environmentally responsible manner.
