1) Haugesund Hospital;
2) Odda Hospital;
3) Stord Hospital;
4) Valen Hospital.
Within this profession, there will be work assignments mainly within:
— Sanitation (relatively much work),
— Heating,
— Sprinklers,
— Insulation and jacketing,
— Cooling,
— Steam*,
— Medical gases*.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 tenderer per sub-area, with the exception of sub-area 1. Parallel Framework Agreements with 2 Tenderers are wanted for sub-area 1.

For call-offs with an estimated value of less than 50 000 NOK, excluding VAT, the call-offs will be made on the basis of a ranking of the Tenderers based on the award criteria for the award of the Framework Agreement. Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer has profitable operations, a positive cash flow in recent years and positive equity. Documentation requirement: the Contracting Authority will assess the Tenderer´s fulfilment by a credit rating (not older than 1 year) from a certified credit rating company, based on the last accounting figures. Annual accounts for the last two years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report. If the Tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the Tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Experience requirement: Tenderers are required to have adequate experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments are seen as the delivery of the services as encompassed by the competition for large hospitals or large public/private entities. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries or services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipients. Certificates issued or verified by the Contracting Authority can be attached. Use annex 4 — the Reply form, references. If a Tenderer consists of several service providers or a main service provider/sub suppliers, the service provider/main service provider in charge can rely on experience from the other service providers/sub suppliers. In such cases, all the requested documentation for the other service providers/sub suppliers must be enclosed as well as a written contract that documents that the service provider/main service provider in charge has access to (jurisdiction over) the capacity at the other service providers/sub suppliers.

Quality assurance system requirement: Tenderers must have a system and routines for quality management, with an emphasis on, amongst other things, quality assurance and an efficient flow of goods. Documentation requirement: Tenderers are asked to enclose an account of existing routines that substantiate that the requirement is met. If the company is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 (or a more recent version) or equivalent third party verified systems, such a certificate will be accepted as documentation for fulfilment of the qualification requirement.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

The Framework Agreement requires that wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions are in accordance with the regulations on wage and work terms in public contracts, dated 8.2.2008 No. 112 and that the Tenderer is affiliated to an apprentice scheme and that one or more apprentices participate in the work under the contract.
