Kort beskrivelse:
The aim of the new contract for printout / photocopy services is to give the municipalities access to future-orientated systems, so that this can contribute to the development of the cooperation that the municipalities already have and plan for the future. The contract shall also contribute to this cooperation being financially advantageous for the municipalities. The contract shall also contribute to the lowest possible impact on the environment, good document security and good management of consumption in this area. The chosen tenderer is expected to contribute with his competence and cooperate with a focus on achieving the Contracting Authority's goals of, amongst other things, efficient use of photocopying and printout systems, choosing the right machines based on actual needs and reducing the impact on the environment. It will also be important for the municipalities that the suppliers of the chosen services can offer stable and predictable services, as well as good reporting routines and an overview as regards the municipalities' consumption in this area.
