Defined-contribution pension under the Pension Deposits Act:

— Deposits 0 G -7,1 G: 5,5 % without deductible / Option; 7 % incl. 1.5 % deductible.

— Deposits 7.1 G -12 G: 15 % without deductible / Option; 16.5 % incl. 1.5 % deductible.

— The deposit scheme will include permanent and temporary employees who have reached the age of 20 years and who work at least 20 % of their full employment (see section 4-2 of the Pension Retirement Pension Act).

— Employees who are entitled to disability benefits shall be entitled to continued savings and premium payments to retirement pension until retirement age (67 years) (non-payment-free pension) (Cf. In case of partial disability with unfitness of 20 % or more, exemption will be granted for the corresponding part of the deposit.

— The deposit freeze must be adjusted at 2.25 % per annum.

The deposit scheme is designed with individual investment choices.

Risk pending (without paid-up earnings):

— Disability pension with value corresponding to the current scheme in SPK: Basic cover of ¼ G (max 6 % of pensionable basis) plus 3 % of pensionable salary up to 12 G, and additional cover of 66 % of salary between 6 and 12 G.

— The disability pension shall provide cover for unprotected over 20 %.

— Unemployment insurance from the National Insurance Scheme for unscheduled under 50 % is to be covered in the scheme.

— The disability pension is linked to a child supplement of 4 % of the pension base up to 6 G, for up to 3 children under 18 years of age.

— Risk cuts calculated with 0 percent calculated interest rate to ensure the regulation of current pensions.

— Children's pension: 15 % of the pension base for the child is 21 years old.

— The employees of the NSB Group have acquired a designated right in the SPK, which will be paid for permanent disability.

The established right is stated in the member lists. It is desirable that you describe how this right can be taken into account in the calculation of premiums, without being deducted in the performance of temporary immunity.

Certificate of Confirmation from the Supervisory Authority on the right to pursue insurance activities in Norway.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: The supplier must have satisfactory financial capacity to complete the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The supplier shall have experience from corresponding deliveries in the last three years.

For agreement 1: Supplier should have a solution to provide risk coverage for Non-disability Insurance from the National Insurance Scheme at unpredicted below 50 % at the start of the contract at the turn of the year 2018/2019.
