The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on patient transport for patients residing in Vestby kommune, where there has previously been approx. 10 000 requisitions per year. Distributed over approx. 65 % internal municipal journeys and 35 % cross-municipal journeys.
Østfold Hospital currently has agreements for the use of:
— Health Bus/Health Express,
— Day vehicles,
— Taxi in Østfold. Østfold Hospital is able to utilise the different agreements where appropriate and in line with the applicable permit provisions. This is to ensure the necessary flexibility and possibility of planning in accordance with the round trip principle.
This means that the total volume for driving in Vestby kommune is somewhat reduced in relation to the number that requisitions indicate. At the same time, some of the existing transport connected with Østfold Hospital also can be included in this agreement, this initially applies to patients who shall be collected/delivered outside of Østfold fylke. It is currently not possible to estimate the volume.
