Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Undervisningsbygg shall enter into 3 — 6 paralllel Framework Agreements for painting and surface treatment work and associated tasks. The Framework Agreement applies to painting, wallpapering and floor laying services for urgent improvement work, planned maintenance work and minor renovation projects that Undervisningsbygg carries out while the school is in operation.
The Framework Agreement is limited to Undervisningsbygg's properties.
The Framework Agreement generally doesn't include painting work in projects where painting work is included as part of a major partial renovation or total project. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the Framework Agreement in such projects where this is appropriate.
The Framework Agreement will have a duration of 2 years from the start of contract, with option for the Contracting Authority to extend by 1 year + 1 year on the original contract terms.

Based on statistics and plans, the Contracting Authority estimates the total requirements for painting work for all the school group zones to be approx. 10 000 000 — 12 000 000 NOK. The scope of each assignment will vary from a few hours per assignment to up to 1 000 000 NOK. Most of the assignments will, as a main rule, be between 20 000 NOK and 100 000 NOK.
