The assignment in the Framework Agreement is based on performing control, mapping and acute improvements to fire alarm systems and emergency lighting and LED systems in accordance with the valid regulations and standards.
The Framework Agreement is limited to the area the Contracting Authority's properties.
We anticipate an annual need for control and acute improvement of fire systems, emergency lighting and LED systems, in total for all of the zones, to be around 4 000 000 NOK to 7 000 000 NOK. All items shall be inspected during 1 operational year.
A 2 year Framework Agreement, with option for prolongation of the contract with 1 year + 1 year on the original contract terms.
3 to 6 Framework Agreements will be signed. The tenderer will be award 1 or more zones depending on capacity. UBF will divide according to capacity and competence, based on the tender offers.
