Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

1. Alternative supporting system:

As an option, prices shall be submitted for an alternative supporting system with steel and hole covers.

A solution with an alternative supporting system must, however, still fulfil Undervisningbygg`s requirements 'to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by a minimum of 40%, see the attached environment follow-up plan.

2. The DX cooling installations are to be delivered with a cooling agent with GWP>10 in the relevant ventilation aggregates. The necessary safety measures in technical rooms shall be included.

3. Ice water cooling installations with a cooling agent with GWP>10 in the relevant ventilation aggregates. Transfer of heat from the heat emitting side of the ventilation aggregate. The necessary safety measures in technical rooms shall be included.

4. As an option, the automation contract will be omitted and the turnkey contractor will have the automation delivery transferred. The extent of the transferred delivery will be as described in chapter B56. The sum shall cover the Turnkey Contractor’s work with the coordination of the transfer throughout the entire project, including trial operation.

5. Service contracts are to be offered as options. Separate for:

- Air treatment, cooling installations and automation.

- Inspection, control and service of sprinkler systems.

- Plumbing installations (sanitary and heating installations).

- Motorised fire douser.

- Pressurisation in the stairway.

6. External under street heating is further described in chapter B32 Heating.

7. B762.3 Option/alternative price - use of rubber cover

Due to the ongoing clarification process with PBE on the choice of ground cover below apparatuses, an alternative price/option is wanted here for a rubber cover cast on site instead of sand and wood chipping. Product: Playtop, Sureplay or equivalent in mellow colours chosen by the landscape architect. A test cast shall be approved by the builder and it shall be in accordance with the chosen colour profile for the site. The thickness is to be adapted to the requirements for the different play apparatuses.

Legally established company A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

- Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last three financial years. A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

- Annual reports for the last 3 fiscal years, including the board´s report, income statement, balance sheet, notes, and auditor's report.

- A tax and duty certificate shall be enclosed with the tender, showing the status of payments for tax, advanced tax deduction, garnishments, employer contribution and VAT.

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit the equivalent certificate(s).

The certificates must not be older than 6 months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority. The requirements regarding tax certificate(s) apply to all underlying sub-contractors.

- Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008. The contracting authority will also accept any other documentation showing that the tenderer has established equivalent quality assurance measures. cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-7 (1) cf. (3).

- Certificate for the company’s environmental management system or environmental management standards, issued by independent bodies, for example ISO 14001, EMAS. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation showing that the tenderer has established equivalent measures, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-7 (2) cf. (3).

- An overview of the building and construction work the tenderer has carried out in the last 5 years, together with attestations of satisfactory execution for the most important work. Overview and certificates should state the value, time and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed.

- Information on the education and professional qualifications of the tenderer and the company´s administrative management (CV, school report, craft certificate, course certificate etc.).

- A statement of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management in the last 3 years, for example, competence matrix.

An adequate quality assurance system.

Environmental management measures.

Environmental management system/presentation of environmental management standards.

Good competence and experience from assignments of a similar nature, size and complexity, including experience with:

— turnkey contracts.
