NTNU's aim is to meet the need for systems for payment, infrastructure and enforcement of its private-law regulated parking areas at all of NTNU's campuses. The service is for the parking areas in accordance with the attached sign plans (Annex 7) in Trondheim, Gjøvik and Ålesund. There are currently no parking charges in Gjøvik and Ålesund.

NTNU would like tenders for systems for payment, infrastructure and enforcement of its private-law regulated parking areas at NTNU's campuses in Trondheim, Gjøvik and Ålesund. The service shall mainly include parking for employees, students and NTNU's visitors (guest parking). The contract is subject to changes in the extent during the contract period, based on the campus development in Trondheim. There can also be changes to the parking regulations in Ålesund and Gjøvik.

All parking at NTNU Campus Trondheim shall be subject to charges in accordance with the rates and the collection time set by NTNU. NTNU Campus Gjøvik and Ålesund currently do not have parking charges, but the areas shall be checked in accordance with the parking regulations and on-site signage. The parking charge provision could be changed during the contract period.

All administration and assignments connected to cash flow (besides credit card agreements) will be the Contracting Authority's responsibility.
