The contract is for operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads, county roads and county foot and cycle paths, with the accompanying side plants, side areas, equipment and installations in parts of Flekkefjord, Kvinesdal, Lyngdal, Lindesnes, Farsund, and Hægebostad municipalities, in accordance with the road list stated in chapter D2-V and D2-S20.
The work will be settled with a round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with the amounts and unit prices for other processes and as daywork in accordance with hourly rates for labor and machines.
The contract will be valid for the period 2018-09-01 to 2023-08-31 for all the described assignments.
The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:
— a total of 637.952 km road of which:
— — 19.480 km are national roads,
— — 0.400 km are national foot / cycle paths,
— — 594.639 km are county roads, name of county,
— — 23.433 km is county foot and cycle paths, the name of the county.

The Builder has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from 2023-09-01 until 2024-08-31.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be a legally established company, cf. the tender documentation, Chapter B2.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfill the contract. Tenderers shall have an average annual turnover of minimum 40 000 000,00 NOK, for the last three financial years. Tenderers shall, as a minimum, have an equity percentage share of at least 10 %. Cf. the tender documentation's chapter B2.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments of relevant nature and complexity, as well as referring to references from relevant contracts implemented in a satisfactory manner.
Furthermore, technical and professional competence and relevant experience are required in the key personnel who will be used for the assignment and the contract must be sufficiently staffed with the tenderer having the capacity and ability to handle unforeseen conditions in the contract.

Tenderers shall have a system that shows that they work proactively as regards health, safety and working conditions.
Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last three years. Furthermore, there are requirements regarding the Surrounding Environment and quality assurance. See the tender documentation, Chapter B2.
