A new agreement shall be signed to replace the current agreement connected to the operation of ICT infrastructure and associated services.
The new agreement shall ensure improvements, upgrading, various criticalities and expansions of the customer’s ICT infrastructure, both for new and existing locations.
The agreement shall be supported by the municipality’s vision:
— access to all services - in total
“Trondheim kommune shall ensure that all employees have access to the tools they need to do their job where they are and when they need it.
Trondheim kommune shall ensure that the municipality’s residents can communicate with the municipality in an efficient and secure manner”.
The new agreement, in combination with the operational contract for telephone subscriptions and traffic for landlines and mobile telephony, shall satisfy the municipalities internal needs for future oriented, robust and secure digital communications solutions.

Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract shall be valid for 3 years from the date that the contract is signed. Thereafter, the contract will renew automatically for 1 year at a time, unless the customer gives 6 months notice, of the tenderer gives 12 months notice, prior to the renewal date. The contract cannot be renewed after 8 years from the date that the contract is signed.

Requirement:
Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: a tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities, not older than six months calculated from the deadline for requests to participate in the tender contest.
The customer requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable tariff agreements or national tariff agreements for the relevant area included in the contract.
The tenderers shall enclose a self-declaration with the tender offer, which verifies that the wage and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable tariff agreements or national tariff agreements. See “Kval Annex 03 Self-Declaration for Wages and Working Conditions”.
