The assignment includes thermography with condition reports of electrical installations and important components and equipment in Omsorgsbygg´s (OBY) properties, in the form of a contract. Thermography of electrical installations is primarily a measure to prevent the outbreak of fire, but is, at the same time, a tool to uncover a need for maintenance, repairs or improvements. Likewise, systematic focus on the discipline will give increase safety, better documentation and, hopefully, reduced running costs in our buildings.
