Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Risk means economic loss caused by non fulfilment of the contract. Parent Companies providing guarantees must document that they themselves comply with the requirement for 'the company's solidity'.
The tenderer is free to provide other information that can be seen as relevant for the assessment of whether the company's solidity requirement is fulfilled.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit rating reports.
All the received and any obtained information will form the basis for an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer shall have experience from equivalent work documentation requirement:
The contracting authority requires references from a minimum of two equivalent assignments carried out in the last 10 years.
Tenderers must enclose documentation of the reference projects with the tender.
'Equivalent assignments' are defined as assignments with the following minimum extent:
— implementation of electro works on buildings/facilities with simultaneous activity from multiple contractors/contracts in the execution phase with a contract value of a minimum 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The description must include a statement of the assignment, the assignment's contract sum, date, total site time, contracting authority (name, telephone number and email), as well as a description of the works that demonstrate relevance in relation to the description above.

The above named shall be documented when submitted tender offers.
Requirement: the tenderer shall document certification/competence for execution of the assignment.
Documentation requirement:
The following certification/execution is required:
— general responsibility for engineering design and execution for electro technical installations in accordance with FEL (regulations for electrical low voltage installations), NEK 400:2014, and the Ecom directive.
— equivalent central approval for engineering design and execution of fire alarm installation
Category 1
— The company shall be registered in electro company registers within relevant discipline areas.
— There is a requirement for competence in building automation, Central Operation Control - automation
Requirement: the tenderer shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system
Tenderers must be able to document that the company has a quality assurance system/quality management system in accordance with the internal control regulations of 12.6.1996. The tenderer shall have an operational quality system
(QA-system). If a tenderer is certified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001;2015 or equivalent, a copy of the certificate can be attached as documentation.
The above requirements also apply to any sub-supplier(s)´ quality assurance system.
