Tradebroker, on behalf of its member companies, will enter into a Framework Agreement with two suppliers for procurement of office and computer supplies, hygiene articles and packaging, with relevant services. Suppliers that can deliver a wide range of products and services in the area, which contribute in a cost-effective, environmentally and socially responsible way, and contribute to increased use of e-commerce and automated processes that increase efficiency and reduction of manual processes will be honored.

The Contracting Authority will enter into Framework Agreements with suppliers that can deliver a wide range of products and services in the area, which contribute in a cost-effective, environmentally and socially responsible way, and contribute to increased use of e-commerce and automated processes that increase efficiency and reduction of manual processes.

The supplier must provide e-commerce solution and electronic invoice. For e-commerce solutions, the minimum must be offered integrated solutions to external marketplaces/procurement systems and solution for integration with the customers purchasing system. As a minimum, the supplier must offer electronic invoice in ehf format.

The contractor shall have the opportunity to order products as required, and from the supplier's total product range. Orders are made through the supplier's online solutions and other available channels such as phone and email. The online solution must contain a wide product range with product descriptions, images and prices, and display clear labeling of environmental products. The supplier shall provide service in house to member companies and logistics services relevant to this acquisition.
