Aust-Agder fylkeskommune

The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for legal assistance.
The competition is implemented by Aust-Agder Fylkeskommune on behalf of all of the contracting authorities listed as “the Client” on the signature page of the contract. Public entities that can join the agreement as an option are listed in Annex 7.
Offentlig Fellesinnkjøp på Agder [Public Joint Procurement at Agder] (“OFA”) is used as a common term for all of the clients in this notice. The individual contracting authorities are represented by “Client” or “the Client”.
Each Client has different needs for legal assistance during the framework period. Therefore, after the competition has been carried out, each individual Client listed as “the Client” on the signature page of the contract will sign separate framework agreements with the tenderer who wins the relevant competition. The the Clients who have an option to use the agreement, it will be stated in the respective agreements. In the case of call-offs, the relevant Client will sign the call-off.
Each Client has the right, but not the obligation, to order services in the framework agreement.
