The objective of the procurement is to engage a supplier of AV equipment to the Nye Deichmanske main library. The new main library will be a clearly profiled cultural institution of high quality and will be a leader in the development of the modern public library, and now new user groups through future oriented solutions for the use of new technology.
The following equipment will be included in the delivery:
— top system,
— equipment for scenographic rooms (large projectors, screens, canvas, control system, microphones, small audio system, induction loop etc.),
— presentation /control system for information /digital signage system’,
— AV over IP systems,
— streaming and recording equipment,
— mobile equipment base for flexible stage rigging and installations,
— induction loop equipment,
— AV equipment, cinema and multi-purpose auditorium,
— other AV installations,
— PCs for public, thin clients, special PCs and screens,
— special printers for sub-branch libraries and other special needs.

Service and maintenance agreement - see the tender documentation point 1.4.4.
Refer to Annex B6, service and maintenance agreement. The enclosed agreement shall be priced as part of the tender offer but will be subject to review and adaptation after the phase for detailed engineering design is completed. Services shall be entered per year and listed in Annex B6.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option:
Deichmanske library may have a need to supplement equipment in the test period and first.
Operational period after the opening of the library until the end of 2020. It is therefore desirable that the contract.
Contains an option to supplement order equipment. The quantity may vary significantly if the option is triggered. The option will be triggered 31.12.2020 at the latest.
The likelihood that the option will be triggered is 50 %. At the tender evaluation, the equivalent share of the tendered option price will be added to the tender' offer's total sum. The option will be part of the negotiations.
The tenderers shall fill in unit prices for the option for supplementation in “KIB-D038-Z-KF-0006 -Table 2.1 Option Price Supplementing”.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirements:
— The tenderer shall have significant experience from a minimum of three equivalent assignments.
Documentation Requirement.
— The tenderer shall enclose a list of the most relevant deliveries during the last 5 years.
Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email). The references will only be contacted if required.
Furthermore, the tenderer shall enclose a brief description of three relevant reference assignments in the last 5 years, with comparative value, including indication of contact persons. References /certificates on provided reference assignments can be collected.

The following information should be provided for each reference project on one A4 page:
— project name and size in m² and cost.
— type of project /building,
— name of the contracting authority with reference person who can be contacted,
— assignment content,
— the assignment´s contract amount excluding VAT,
— start-up date and completion date,
— any service agreements.
Qualification requirements.
— A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
Documentation requirement.
— Report relating to the tenderer's quality assurance system /quality management system, or copy of a system certificate or equivalent documentation. Here under also how this is thought to be implemented and followed up.
— The staffing for the assignment shall have the necessary competence to carry out the assignment.
— Project Manager’s CV with description of formal education, work experience and relevant reference project.
— Description of the tenderer’s technical personnel and overview of other key personnel with a description of roles and experience. In addition to a description, an organisation chart shall be prepared showing the key personnel's placement in the planned organisation for this assignment.
