Sykehusbygg HF hereby invites tenderers to a tender competition for planning and realisation of New Construction Mental Health Kristiansand. Helse Sør-Øst RHF (HSØ) [South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority] is the project owner and contracting party for the project. Project management is implemented by Sykehusbygg HF on behalf of HSØ. The assignment consists of realisation of a new 6 480 m net building for mental healthcare, equivalent to approx. 12 500 m gross. The building contains 24 hour treatment places with 70 beds for the Psychiatric Hospital Department (PSA) and 10 beds for the Youth Clinic (ABUP). In addition the building includes the necessary support areas, such as outpatients, office areas, emergency department etc. The building will be erected on a new site south of the existing hospital.
