NRK is now searching for a new location for NRK's new main office, which is expected to be located in the Oslo area. NRK will probably collaborate with a property developer / developer who will be responsible for the engineering design, construction and rental of new premises for NRK. NRK will secure the right to purchase.

This procurement concerns a contract for consultancy services for assistance connected to the preparation of a room and function programme for NRK's new main office. The assignment is described in more detail in Annex 1.

The Requirement Specification has a duration of 1 year, however, a first complete draft for the room and functions programme is expected during the first 6 months after the contract is signed.

NRK can extend the contract by exercising 1 or more options to include all subsequent follow-up and assistance related to the room and function programme, including adjustment of the programme after the selection of a site and completion of engineering design of the building.

NRK will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The scope and value of the contract depends on what premises NRK selects, but can have a value of up to 2 000 000 NOK — 3 000 000 NOK including the option periods.

Varighet: 12 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The duration of the contract will be 1 year from the signing of the contract, with the Contracting Authority have the right to extend the contract for 3 years, 1 year at a time, (1 year + 1 year + 1 year) until the project is completed.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

NRK can exercise the options up to 1 month before the expiry of each contract period. When exercising the last option period, the contract can be extended until the project is completed.
