Where NRK shall locate its future activities is a comprehensive process where the clarification of use and transformation options for the current buildings is one of several things that must be clarified.
The aim is to enter into up to 3 parallel contracts per category that are specified in Annex 3 (assumed that there are a sufficient number of tenderer who are qualified).
Award of call-offs on the framework agreement are regulated in Annex 3.

This procurement concerns parallel Framework Agreements for:

Consulting for the development process at Marienlyst

Other consulting in town planning competence in connection with the sale of Marienlyst

Consulting to assess different locations for NRK's new main office

Consulting for possible development process for NRK's new localisation.

Other consulting in town planning competence in connection with the procurement of a new site

Whether a sale and relocation of NRK's headquarters is carried out will depend on realistic assessment of a future development approval for the property at Marienlyst, which will make it possible for NRK to acquire new headquarters through the realisation of Marienlyst. It must also be taken into account that any sale of Marienlyst must be approved by NRK's board and General Assembly. Therefore there are factors that NRK at this point in time cannot know the outcome of, that could be a determining factor for any sale of the property and consequently if entry into a contract for the use of new premises for NRK will take place at all.
