NRK AS wants to use this announcement to collect tender offers for framework agreements for the purchase of passenger transport with scheduled flights.
The framework agreements shall cover NRK’s need for domestic and international air travel, at the same time ensuring the quality, service and cost efficiency when purchasing the service. Furthermore, the framework agreements shall ensure that the prices and terms reached, are in accordance with the users’ needs and expectations.
NRK’s employees shall primarily order air travel via these framework agreements through NRK’s travel agency systems (currently Berg-Hansen).
A complete description of the delivery is in Annex 2 to the competition (Specifications and Prices).

NRK will award framework agreements as described below:
Category / area 1: Domestic passenger traffic by plane in Norway: 1 exclusive framework agreement for all of Norway.
Category / area 2: Passenger traffic by plane between Norway and abroad, and internationally.
Minimum of one exclusive framework agreement per main route - maximum of three parallel framework agreements per main route.
NRK retains the right to enter into more than 3 framework agreements if the local conditions make it necessary. NRK’s main routes are stated in the Tender Documentation Annex 2 (Specification and pricing of the services) point 2.2.1 and 2.2.2.
For other routes between Norway and abroad and internationally, the at any given time applicable tender prices from all of the selected tenderers will be loaded into NRK’s ordering channels, so that the employees are free to choose between these when ordering.

Due to contractual considerations, NRK does not want to inform about the total value of the procurement and the individual contracts. It is therefore stated with a value equal to NOK 1.0.
NRK has awarded framework agreements in accordance with the description given in the tender documentation:
Category / area 1 — Domestic passenger traffic by plane in Norway: 1 exclusive framework agreement for all of Norway;
Category / area 2 — Passenger traffic by plane between Norway and abroad, and internationally.
Framework agreements were awarded to 2-3 providers for a total of 9 main routes between Norway and abroad. For 7 of these routes only 2 tenderers submitted tenders and more framework agreements were not awarded. The contracts awarded are A-/B and C providers for each main route.
