Jondal Municipality has a combined school for primary and secondary education. The school is located in the centre of Jondal, approx. 200 m from the ferry quay towards Utne. At the start of the school year 2017-18, the school had 125 pupils. A multi-purpose hall, etc., is now to be constructed by Jondal School. The new building will include, amongst other things, a sports hall of 20x32 m, teaching rooms and a library, the school kitchen and canteen, as well as a gym, grandstand/gallery, technical room and the accompanying facilities.
