Ringsaker municipality shall construct a new waterworks at Moelv. The chosen treatment process is based on the raw water quality and the need for treatment in order to fulfil the Drinking Water Regulations requirements.
The new Moelv Waterworks consists of several contracts. New water treatment facility (VBA) B1, this contract. The contracts electro E1, HVAC and sanitation V1, ventilation and plumbing R1. These will be transported to B1, which will be responsible for coordinating the contracts and progress.. The E1, R1 and V1 contracts are for deliveries for the building belonging to the raw water pump station included in contract B2.

Kort beskrivelse:

The water treatment facility has a total area of 1 550 m² gross and was primarily constructed from concrete cast on site with a large amount of waterproof constructions. A clean water basin and reject basin are to constructed in the basement, in addition to a machine room and heat plant, etc. A monorail with a traverser carriage and pulley with 500 kg capacity is to be installed around the clean water basin in the machine room. The superstructure consists of a process hall with, amongst other things, a 5 tonne overhead travelling crane and technical and social rooms. Half storeys with family rooms are to be constructed at the ends of the process hall. Electrical switchboard room and stores. An integrally cast floor is to be generally laid over the supporting covers, including fall, gutters and drains, etc.

Contract B1 consists of a surface water system for the eastern part of the VBA site and pipelines in /out of VBA to the contract border. A raw water pipeline Ø400 of ductile cast iron is to be laid in a ditch out from the north side of the VBA to the contract border with B2. Pure water pipelines out from the south side of the VBA consist of Ø400 and Ø200 ductile cast iron, which end in a ditch at the contract border with A1. An option is included for PE water pipelines. The surface water system includes sand trap manholes, manholes for rodding/flushing and a pump manhole for drainage water. The surface water pipeline Ø400 PVC out of the VBA has a non-return value in a manhole. The waste water pipelines 2xØ160 PVC out of the VBA are to be connected in a manhole outside the VBA, with a non-return value on the gravity pipeline. The surface water and waste water pipelines out of the south side of the VBA end in a joint ditch with water pipelines for contract A1. The clean water pipeline Ø400 ductile cast iron out from the south side of the VBA is to be connected with the water pipeline laid in contract S1.
