Ringsaker Municipality will construct a new waterworks facility in Moelv. The new water treatment facility will be located in Industrivegen 14B. In this contract, the contractor is to design and construct a new sewage pumping station on the south side of the water treatment facility. The pipeline installations that are to be connected to the water treatment facility and the sewage pumping station have been designed in detail and are to be constructed by the contractor. Furthermore, a new asphalted footpath is to be established, as well as foundations and street lights.

New Moelv Waterworks — Sewage pumping station and pipeline installations, including detailed engineering design services, production, delivery and assembly of the new sewage pumping station as a replacement for the existing sewage pumping station, as well as the establishment of pipeline installations between the new sewage pumping station and the New Moelv Waterworks.

The new sewage pumping station will have a footprint of approx. 25 m2. The facade character and design will be like a new water treatment facility. The superstructure is to be placed over a pump sump with an effective volume of minimum 12.5 m3.

Contract A 1 comprises pure water pipelines on the south side of the water treatment facility, which consist of Ø400 and Ø200 ductile cast iron, which end in a ditch at the contract border with B1. The surface water pipeline Ø400 PVC and waste water pipelines Ø250 PVC are also to be ended in a ditch at the contract border with B1. The waste water pipeline Ø250 PVC is to be ended in a waste water manhole SP21. The surface water pipeline Ø400 PVC is to be ended in a surface water manhole OV21.

Furthermore, a surface water pipeline Ø315 OVC is to be laid from OV21 to the surface water manhole OV22, and then to the sewage pumping station. A waste water pipeline Ø315 PVC is to be established between SP21 and the waste water manhole SP22, and then to the sewage pumping station. The pump pipeline for waste water Ø315 PE from the sewage pumping station is to be connected to the existing SPP200 in Industrivegen.

Contract A1 also includes the establishment of a new surface water pipeline Ø1000 BET, which is to be ended in a ditch on the contract border with S1, and the establishment of a water manhole cast on site, VK20, with the accompanying valves and water pipelines, which consist of Ø400 and Ø200 ductile cast iron.

Estimated main amounts for the contract work:

— 1 pumping station sewage (complete),

— Vegetation removal — approx. 2200 m2,

— Excavation — approx. 3200 m3,

— Fibre cloth — approx. 800 m2,

— Asphalt — approx. 1000 m2,

— Approx. 200 m water pipelines in various dimensions (400 mm is the largest dimension),

— Approx. 200 m surface water pipelines in various dimensions (1000 mm is the largest dimension),

— Approx. 180 m waste water pipelines in various dimensions (315mm is the largest dimension),

— Soil — approx. 500 m2.
