Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option:

The Deichmanske library can need to supplement elements in the test period and first operational period after it has opened in 2020. We would therefore like the contract to include an option for supplementary elements. The quantity may vary significantly if the option is triggered. The option will be triggered 31.12.2020 at the latest.

The likelihood that the option will be triggered is 50 %. At the tender evaluation, the equivalent share of the tendered option price will be added to the tender' offer's total sum. The option will be part of the negotiations.

Tenderers must fill in unit prices for the option for supplementation in “KIB-D026-Z-KF-003 -Table 2.2 option price supplementation”.

Tax certificate:

The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Company registration certificate:

Requirement:

— the tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirements:

— the tenderer shall have the economic capacity to implement the assignment. This bullet point will be subject to assessment of turnover, annual results, as well as key figures in the balance sheet.

Documentation requirement:

— the entity's annual financial statements or extracts thereof if the publication of the annual financial statement is required in the state where the tenderer is established, and

— credit rating (which is no more than 6 months old).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirements:

— tenderers must have relevant experience.

Documentation requirement:

— tenderers must attach a list of the 3-5 most relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. Including information about the value, dates and contracting authority.

— the tenderer shall have the implementation ability and capacity to implement the assignment.

— description of the tenderer's staffing and competence.

— a good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.

— report relating to the tenderer's quality assurance system /quality management system, or copy of a system certificate or equivalent documentation.

— the staffing for the assignment shall have the necessary competence to carry out the assignment.

— the project manager’s CV with description of formal education and work experience,

— an overview of other key personnel with a description of roles and experience.
