The Contracting Authority needs to digitise and make the subsidy management more efficient. The objective of the procurement is to digitise the case processing system that safeguards requirements of efficient use of government subsidy funds, and replaces current manual work processes in subsidy management.
We want to procure a digital case processing system that simplifies, automates and makes management of subsidies more efficient. The system is intended to be a cloud based solution (software as a service).
