This contract is divided in several packages as described in Annex A. The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a Framework Agreement with one supplier.
The Framework Agreement period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority shall have an option to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year. The maximum total agreement period is 4 years.

The procurement's aim

Hordaland County and Sogn og Fjordane County is the well as cooperating municipalities shall procure network and infrastructure equipment.

Hordaland County will enter into a new region from 1.1.2020. HFK will have the right to transfer all or parts of the contract to the new region, even if this means that the Contracting Authority has a new name and a new organisation number.

The contract value is approx. 41 600 000 NOK. It is emphasised that the stated value is based on estimates from statistics and information from the contracting authority's current supplier and their own financial data. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the contracting authority's activity.

The value is divided as follows, for the various service packages:

Package 1: Approx. 35 000 000 NOK,

Package 2: Approx. 6 000 000 NOK,

Package 3: Approx. 600 000 NOK.
