The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
The requirement shall be documented as follows:
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Item 1 Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from comparable assignments.
— Item 1 Documentation requirement: Reference list of the tenderer's deliveries during the last 3 years with relevance to this assignment.
The reference list shall include the contracting authority’s name, the assignment value and date /period for the delivery, including contact information for references. What was delivered must be defined,
Along with what role the tenderer had in the delivery. It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references without further information.
— Item 2 Requirement:
The tenderer must have good knowledge of and be aware of the municipality’s health and care service, including the family doctor scheme, and have worked with reorganisation in the service.
— Item 2 Documentation requirement: Describe the organisation’s competence related to the municipality’s health and care services (not on a personnel level), and account for experience with service innovation. The service provider’s proficiencies are evaluated in the qualification phase, related to the question regarding the service provider’s ability to comply with the contractual requirements. In the award phase, emphasis will be placed on proficiencies to highlight expected quality of the offered service.
