Oppegård kommune

Oppegård kommune, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for a Framework Agreement for waste management from businesses that are defined as business buildings; nursery schools, schools, health institutions, operational buildings and administration buildings.
The value of the procurement for Oppegård kommune is estimated to be: 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. Ski (previously Ski kommune) will join the agreement 1.5.2020 and anticipates that their volume will be very similar to Oppegård's. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non-binding.

It will be the Contracting Authority's actual need that will always determine the amount of call-offs in the contract period.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable in relation to the scope of the procurement.
